Accord Mortgages has unveiled its revamped residential website which it says makes it easier and quicker for brokers and customers to do business with.
Research carried out with intermediaries has formed the blueprint for the new look, which has now gone live.
New features include a 'MyAccord' function allowing users to personalise the site and prioritise particular pages and tools they use most. It is also fully responsive and compatible for use on smartphones and tablets as well as laptops and computers.
There is also a customer microsite with clearer distinction between information for brokers and customers and the homepage now contains the latest news on product launches, criteria and policy updates, as well as a clearer service standard feature, which research indicated was closest to the hearts of most brokers.
'We're delighted with the improvements. We've used the feedback from intermediaries to create a fresh new look, which will make it much easier for brokers to navigate and pin point the information they need,' said Marie O'Reilly, Accord's marketing manager.
'This is not the end of the process, though. We will continue to develop and update the site to reflect the changing needs of brokers and customers,' she added. propertywire
