A perfect new tenant for Burton Place Shopping Centre, Burton-Upon-Trent

HMG Investments Ltd, represented by international real estate advisor Savills, has let Unit 5 at Burton Place Shopping Centre in Burton-upon-Trent to Temple Retail Ltd.
Trading as Perfect Home, the household goods retailer agreed a new 10-year lease on a unit totalling 5,261 sq ft (489 sq m). Perfect Home will pay an average rent of Ј68,000 per annum.
John Agnew, director of retail at Savills, comments: "With its prominent frontage and large units Burton Place Shopping Centre appeals to both national and independent retailers. Perfect Home will be a strong addition to the existing retailers including Home Bargains, Farmfoods and Wilkinsons and will help to drive footfall up."
