Aspects of Leisure AW13 now available

photoWith a focus on leisure venues, whether for weddings or sports, hotels or pubs, garden centres or holiday parks, sentiment is picking up according to the latest edition of Aspects of Leisure.
Alan Plumb, comments: "What experience of previous recoveries tells us is that expectation of better times is a fairly reliable driver, and certainly a long hot summer can help. If form is followed, this should mean that a sound trend of improved capital value should be evidenced in sale prices going forward."
However Savills warns the industry still needs to be cautious.  Funding for purchases is often far from straightforward, consequently slowing down what would otherwise be an improved pace of sales and value growth. Realistically competition for properties can be down to a handful of informed funded buyers, and although they are showing an increased presence, international buyers can be unpredictable.
