The building is part of a draft masterplan from Hackney Council regarding the development of the local areas around the Tube station.
Authorities are calling residents to give their views and opinions on what should happen to Manor House, as well as new facilities at the entrance to Finsbury Park.
Councillor Guy Nicholson, cabinet member for regeneration and the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, said the property sits in a "unique position" with "access to the London Underground network and adjacent to the Woodberry Down housing development that is now underway".
He called on residents to decide how the opportunities presented in the area can be utilised.
Last month, the first publicly accessible electric vehicle charging point was launched in Dalston, Hackney, in a bid to reduce carbon emissions in the borough.
