On behalf of Oxford College, Savills has successfully completed five lettings at 23 Park End Street, Oxford, bringing the newly refurbished office building to full capacity.
The five new tenants secured over the last seven months include technical services provider Imtech, tropical forest think-tank The Global Canopy Programme, Jamie Dearing Physiotherapy, Low Carbon Hub and Jo Ju Solar with annual rents up to ?16.50 per sq ft (?175 per sq m) achieved.
23 Park End Street is located minutes from the city's railway station and opposite Oxford University's Said Business School. The detached double-fronted terrace property offers 3,986 sq ft (370 sq m) of office space over three floors, with a garden for the use of the ground floor occupants.
Nick Berrill, Head of Commercial agency at Savills Oxford, comments: "We are delighted with the lettings success of 23 Park End Street, which is a very positive reflection on this highly refurbished space and the confidence in Oxford's city centre office market. Three of the five new tenants are businesses operating within the environmental and energy sector who were attracted either by the location or by the potential of a business 'hub' community."
Savills building consultancy team project managed the refurbishment of 23 Park End Street and will continue to manage all aspects of the premises.
