Reevoo signs at Friars Bridge Court, London

Savills and Cushman & Wakefield have represented a private landlord on the leasing of office space at Friars Bridge Court in Southwark, London to social commerce innovator Reevoo.
Reevoo, the cloud-based social commerce solution provider, has signed a lease to take 9,000 sq ft on the second floor at Friars Bridge Court at a competitive rent on a 10-year lease with a break option at year five.
Ben Cox of Atlantic Partners comments: "Friars Bridge Court provided the perfect solution for Reevoo who specifically wanted to identify a single floor on a cost effective basis and within very close proximity to Southwark station."
This latest deal with Reevoo leaves just 10,000 sq ft (929 sq m) available at Friars Bridge Court, which has successfully secured multiple occupiers including Campbell Reith Hill and animal charity The Brooke over the last six months equating to 33,000 sq ft (3,065 sq m) of take up.
