Retailer proves to be very at home at Grand Junction Retail Park in Crewe

UBS Triton Property Fund, represented by Savills, has agreed terms to upsize and regear Pets at Home's lease of Unit 8 at Grand Junction Retail Park, Crewe.
The retailer has taken a new 15-year lease, on a store that will expand from its original size of 6,000 sq ft (557 sq m) to 8,500 sq ft (790 sq m). Pets at Home will pay Ј187,000 per annum.
Johnny Rowland, director of retail at Savills, comments: "We are very pleased that Pets at Home has decided to expand its store at Grand Junction and believe this is a testament to the strength of the park and its appeal with customers."
