Savills sells V Bar in Seaford, East Sussex

Savills, on behalf of a private vendor, has sold the former V Bar on the high street in Seaford, East Sussex to London and City Estates.
The freehold property is arranged over two storeys and is positioned within a 0.07 acre (0.03 hectare) site in Seaford town centre.
Nick Lyell, surveyor of leisure and trading at Savills, comments: "We are pleased with the sale of the former V Bar which offered a sizeable property in a strong location in Seaford, lending itself well to residential conversion subject to planning."
